Beginner Classes

Kickstarter Challenge Course: ONLY on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 7am OR 7pm 

  • If beginner times do not work within your schedule we provide 4-7 sessions of 1-on-1 coaching to teach you the foundational movements of CrossFit. The times are flexible. 4 sessions- 200$ or 7 sessions- 350$. I encourage 7 sessions if this is the first time weightlifting (using a barbell). 

Regular Daily Classes

Monday-Friday

  • Morning Classes 5 am, 6 am, and 9:30am
  • Noon 12 PM
  • Evening Classes 4pm, 5pm, and 6pm (no 6pm on Friday evening)

Saturday

  • Morning Group Members Class at 9am
  • Morning FREE for community class at 10am 

 

55+ Class- "Forever Young" 

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 8am 

  • This class is designed for the senior in mind. We will do low impact strength training along with balance and coordination exercises. Each class offers strength and conditioning. We will go at your speed. No prior experience necessary!
